The official Group 11 trial will begin at 6pm and secretary Ray Fabar says the Under 18s is the best side he's seen for a while.
"We have an outstanding line up of juniors this year and they are training the house down," he said.
"I am very confident they can turn on a big performance tonight. People should come to see Kotoni Staggs, Will Lousick and co, they are marquee footballers."
The first and reserve grades will play a combined trial.
"We have a number of new faces trialling for contracts with us and I believe the fans will be really surprised with their ability. There are up to eight new players knocking on the door here for an opportunity and it really sets up a brilliant season for the club."
"This will be a really good test to show where we are going and numbers at training have been impressive. It highlights the Cowboys are ready to go. We are really trying to get a community feel to the club again this year and with the Wellington Hotel sponsoring us we are inviting everybody to join the players there after the match to enjoy a refreshment," Mr Fabar said.
