- If was nice to see parents shared the work load last week with youngsters were under the guidance of :- Jason Ryan, Chad Taylor, Brittany Owens, Paul Bradford, Steve Kiss, Brad Johnson, Kellee O'Brien and Scott Dutfield.

Harry Broome's team wasnt quiet strong enough for Claude's Lewsham's team.
- Claude's batting first scored 90 from 17overs with Claude 32ret and Jack Owens 16ret, wickets were evenly shared by Jack Dutfield, Harry B, Callum Smith and Artie Taylor.
- Harry's team replied with 55 from 14 overs with wickets to Will Eather, Brad O'Brien, Jack O, Arkie Lewsham, Rusty Taylor.
Our Modified Cricket players are learning the art of bowling and batting on the wicket and having boundaries to hit too with batting tees to hit runs from if the bowler doesnt quite get the ball on the wicket and they also have the bowling wickets adjusted to suit their level.
Their concept is the next level up from Milo In2 Cricket which Brad Johnson and his weekly helpers are introducing the art of learning what the game is all about.
These little ones run around for approx an hour and have lots of fun.
With McDonald's being Cricket NSW Community Sponsor for the 2014-15 Season, through Gary, Rosemary and Ben (Wellington and Dubbo Stores Management - whom we thank very much) have introduced McDonlads Player of the Week Awards which will be presented after play each week.

We know there are lots more youngsters out in our Community that wish to play this great sport, so parents/guardians please bring them along for a few hours of fun and enjoyment in the morning sun out of the house and away from those techno gadgets.
