Local trainer Karen McCaroll has captured a rare double. Her promising galloper won the Benchmark 60 handicap at Coonabarabran with Greg Ryan aboard. Lord Burghersh was favourite at $2.10 for the event and stayed patiently behind the leaders until it coasted past them near the finish.
