Runners-up on the day were Dave Wilson and Bill Meharg who defeated Charlie Morley and Roger Simpson, 22 to 14.
Greg Whiteman and Bob Wilson defeated Allen Manning 19 to 17.

Wednesday bowls start a 1pm, so get off the couch and get up to the club and have a game, all welcome.
Women's bowls and the pairs championship winners were Eveline Kohler and Nancy Jackson over Leanne Irwin and Sue Manning. Judy Roberts and Rose Davis downed Deralle Maxfield and Dot Heath.
