Numbers up at the weekend

Numbers were better last week and this Saturday will see more players returning.

It is also great to see many of our youngsters participating in the eisteddfod items.

Our players have improved their skills immensely since the beginning of the season - this is thanks to the various coaches that have been taking each age group (Funnet/Netta, Juniors and Seniors).

Tip for all players:- when passing look for players who are free - too many are just passing the ball to marked players.

Results slips from games were misplaced - sorry girls.

Guessing Competition

The Association is running a guessing competition for a portable netball post and hoop. Please call into the canteen to purchase if you have been missed over the past two weeks.

Orange Gala Day

Due to the Eisteddfod having instrumental items this weekend, only one team, a combined under-12s team will be going.

Parents - you need to be at the Orange Courts, the PCYC Complex, Seymour Street by 8am for 8.30am sharp start.

Details for those players, managers and umpires will be advised on Saturday.

Clothing

Many items of clothing left behind on Saturdays have no names in them - players/parents please put some names in these items, it will be alot easier when there are two or three of the netball hoodies all the same size.

See everyone bright and early Saturday with the barbecue cooks back to offer those beaut bacon/egg rolls along with the barissta.

Nearly forgot - President is back on her feet (though still hobbling) and didnt have time to read any books last week - was selling tickets.
