A very cool Saturday and reduced numbers due to the eisteddfod greeted those keen players who turned up to play.
Thank you girls and parents - a combined Seniors and Juniors game was played along with our Netta/Fun Nett skills program.
Saturday will see more girls back as the Dance Section isn’t quite as big a program as last week.
Sunday’s Susan Prattley coaching afternoon saw 11 of our youngsters attend and they were treated to lots of skills as well as enjoying conversing with the coaching staff of whom many were talented and National League netballers.
A big thank you to the Association for subsidising the cost so these youngsters could attend.
Orange Gala Day - Sunday August 12
Saturday is the last day to nominate with names into Loren or Tereece, we are hoping at least one team can attend but once again with eisteddfod commitments numbers will be down.
Parents please remember if you nominate your child to do carnivals, withdrawing and leaving teams short should only happen in extreme circumstances as most times teams only have the minimum number of players, so not too many players have to sit off.

The Canteen
The canteen is usually kept busy serving plus some “chit chatting” - our president had the pleasure of joining this group last week due to an “indoor netball” knee injury, enjoying the break from umpiring by reading and keeping everyone entertained with the book Fifty Shades of Grey.
A three book series, there is no doubt going to be plenty of laughter coming from the canteen over the next few weeks.
Seriously, hopefully your knee isn’t too badly injured once scans are done.
See everyone nice and early for assistance in setting up.
Don’t forget to put your name down for Orange if you would like to go.
