This August sees Sue Edwards retire as a councillor of the Wellington Council. During the past eight years Sue has been a champion for the villages.
She has raised many issues, provided advice and has generally helped and looked after the villages of Mumbil, Stuart Town and Euchareena plus the rest of the Wellington area.
I know a lot of residents would like to thank Sue for all her efforts and like to wish her a very happy retirement.
Sue you should be proud of all the efforts you have put in, and the difference you have made to our wonderful villages.

Next week is Education week.
Mumbil School will be conducting an open day on Wednesday August 1 from 9am to 1pm.
They would like to invite all parents and community members to attend and view some of the wonderful work the students have done.
There will be a connected classroom display with Stuart Town Public School plus many other activities.
