The efforts of the community, the Wellington Correctional Centre, local probation and parole and the inmates of the jail have reaped rewards throughout the area.
Below are pictures of projects which the community and the correctional centre have worked together on.
Tomorrow night at the Wellington Council Chambers the community will again meet at 5pm to discuss ongoing projects which will receive help from the Community Partnerships program and
they encourage anybody to come along.
The project has already benefitted Lake Burrendong with a make over, the Wellington Information and Neighbourhood Services centre, the Wellington golf course, Gulgong Turf Club andwork has also now started on the Arboretum.
