Sergeant Rod Buhr had good things to tell the crowd at the regional library about how the crime figures across all areas had fallen, and for now how policing in Wellington, after a period of uncertainty, was doing very well.
The experienced policeman, who has served across the regions, discussed ways local police were doing their job, how technology has changed much of how they do things, but still like the old days public information was still a key ingredient in capturing those who were doing harm.
Sergeant Buhr appeared at the library as part of NSW Law Week.
