With the 1200m race yet to go, the results are yet to be tallied up for the winning house at St Mary’s Catholic School.
Teacher Alistaire Thompson said that the competition in the under-15 boys’ high jump was tough with Gary Sarsfield just beating Harry Wighton.
“It went really well this year, especially with the help of the P&F.”
The under-12 boys saw good competition from Aaron Kitch and Will Smith while Maggie Smith and Ashleigh Giddings did well for the girls high jump.
Hamish Poole also did well in a number of fields. Those who make it through will compete against Cowra.
