The whistle is underway in 2012 Junior Rugby League season for the Wellington PCYC Cowboys Junior Rugby League club.
A new committee has arrived within the club and has new exciting ideas for the season.
The junior completion was played in Dubbo last week with
the Wellington teams performing very well with victory in the under 10s, under 12s and 14s, but great
football in the under 15s with
just going down 24-22 to South Dubbo.
A hand full of under 14s backed up in the 15s and performed very well with breaking the opposition line of defence.
Bradley Adamson and Daniel Stanley lead up front with strong carries with the ball.
Great efforts in the minis with under 7s taking the field for the first time and performing very well while having a lot of fun.
Under 9s showed some brilliant football with individual evasion skills and carving attack with the ball.
The club would like to wish all the best to former Junior League players Brent Naden and Lewis Stanley playing in the under 18s NSW Country Championship final at West Wyalong tomorrow.
Congratulations to Kotoni Staggs and Graham Peckham being selected in the under 14s Group 11 JRL team.
This team will participate in
