What a start to the season - nice to see plenty of new and past very keen youngsters and lots of parents - let’s
keep turning up in these numbers.
We are asking everyone to arrive by 8.45am to assist setup for 9am start.
The mornings will begin with warmups, skills followed by games.
Remember- no jewellery and nails not long.
The divisions are fun net/netta, juniors and seniors. Juniors and seniors will have teams selected by the committee during the next couple of Saturdays.
We welcome anyone that still wishes to play and hasn’t registered as yet, youngsters, high school age and up to adults will be catered for.
Just pop down Saturday morning or contact a committee member.
Parents we will be looking for helpers in all age groups, so form combinations to help as some weekends people are away- please don’t leave it to the same people.
Hoodies- Those wishing to purchase smaller sizes of hoodies please see Marie so these can be ordered as a minimum number is required.
Larger sizes are still available, please see Kylie or Sally to purchase.
Canteen- Smithers and Steph look set to surprise all with their selection of food/drinks every Saturday, especially now they have the run of Rygate’s new canteen.
Pat and Michael have already volunteered to be the season’s first barbecue kings - we can see a few “Breakfast Special” challenges happening among the volunteer chefs.
Anyone wishing to donate eggs, it would be greatly accepted.
Carnivals- the first one is Dubbo on Sunday May 13.
We need to know this Saturday if people are available to play as nominations close Sunday May 6.
Remember we need and umpire and a manager for every team that is nominated.
Thank you- Repco for their kind donation of a pump cord and needle for the balls.
