The history of the ‘high tea’ may be forgotten on these children but they certainly got in the swing of it.
“They had lots of fun chatting and eating,” PCYC manager Kathryn Playford said.
The children had fairy bread, scones, cup cakes, fruit and more.
It’s all part of keeping our young occupied in the school holidays.
Next week will be busy with visits to the Old Gaol, ambulance and fire stations and much more.
A West African drumming and dancing workshop is on this Saturday near the Library.
It begins at 10am with a sausage sizzle.
There will be a film course held at the Macquarie Theatre today and tomorrow.
