Round five of the Rod Hampstead Electrical Darts Challenge was contested last Monday with five games to two being the popular score on the night.
All teams are reminded that team fees are due by the end of the first round.

In the match of the night last year’s grand finalists put on another show with the Sparkees and the Federal Hotel doing battle.
It was nip and tuck all night with the doubles games shared as well as the singles games.
Ken Fairley lost to Scott Dutfeild 1-2, Rod Hampstead defeated Les Dwyer 2-0, Peter Watson defeated Alf Wilson 2-0 and Mick Connelly lost to Micheal Field 1-2.
So it was down to the teams game and even this game was close the Sparkees prevailed to win the teams game and the match by four games to three.
The Central Hotel Old Boys had a visit from Souths Wellington Hotel in what was to turn into a very social evening of darts.
The night started well for the Old Boys, with them taking out both of the doubles games.
In the singles however, it was a different story and they were shared.
Garth Watts lost to Malcolm Nunn 0-2, Dave Wilson defeated Cindy Croker 2-0, Graham Kent lost to Margie Mils 0-2 and Eugene Spicer defeated James Smith 2-0.
The Old Boys went on to win the teams game as well to finish off the night with a five games to two victory.
The Grand Legends ventured up the road to take on the Wellington Hotel Hot Heads in what was to be an enthralling match.
The Wellington Hotel Hot Heads got off to the perfect start by taking out both doubles games with plenty of high score thrown.
The singles were shared to see the Hot Heads lead the match.
Brett Rich defeated Shane Mitchell 2-1, Nathan Martin lost to Allan Brown 0-2, Andrew Davies defeated James Connelly 2-1 and James Mason lost to Ian Smith 0-2.
The Hot Heads went on to win the teams game as well to finish with a five games to two victory.
The TePee Pink Ladies ventured to the Wellington Hotel to take on the locals.
The night started well for the TePee Pink Ladies with them winning the first doubles game, only to see the Wellington Hotel come back and take out the next doubles game as well as all of the singles games.
Phillip Gorman defeated Doreen Saunders 2-1, Peter Fitzsimmons defeated Kirsty Wilson 2-0, Mick Griffith defeated Wendy Wilson 2-0 and Teena Hill defeated Beck Pool 2-0.
The TePee Pink Ladies took out the teams game to go to the Wellington Hotel by five games to two.
