Selectors busy finding talented new players

17 Feb, 2010 01:05 PM
Now that the dust has settled after the Western Junior Championships I must say many thanks to the assistance given to Wellington Touch for the staging of this event. It continues to grow and is loved by all who attend.

Special thanks go to Wellington junior cricket, soccer, netball and tennis associations, LJ Hooker, McDonald’s, Bryant’s Butchery, the mums and dads, the dedicated executive and their families - good work.

Selectors have been off across the country again – last week to Nelson Bay for the Peter Wilson Memorial Championships and this week off to Wollongong for the Junior State Cup.
